Cape Fear Farm Credit continues to closely monitor the situation and evaluate the appropriate measures to protect customers and their families, team members and their families, as well as the communities where we all live and work. Please know that supporting and serving customers remains our top priority.Cape Fear Farm Credit remains financially strong as detailed in our recently published annual report (mailed last week and available at www.capefearfc.com). We are well positioned to serve you during these challenging times. 

The State of North Carolina recently issued a stay-at-home order, effective 5pm on Monday March 30, 2020. As a financial services institution, Cape Fear Farm Credit is exempt from these stay-at-home orders. We remain open and available to assist customers both remotely and in our branches for critical issues.

Cape Fear Farm Credit will continue to follow the social distancing and regulations that keep our customers and team members healthy. In-person visits to branches will continue by appointment only, and should be used to address critical needs that cannot be handled online, over the phone or via mail. Please call your local branch to schedule appointments. COVID-19 continues to affect how we are accustomed to doing business, whether working remotely or safely in-person, we will find solutions to your needs. 

We offer online and electronic services through our digital banking platform AccountAccess (available atwww.capefearfc.com) which provides access to many services on your account without needing to visit a branch. You may also call your local branch or 910-323-9188 for support on your account.

We are here to serve during these uncertain and challenging times. This unprecedented situation is impacting our customer-owners, their families and communities.
